Oversea Business
Editions Philippe Picquier, owned by Thinkingdom, is renowned for playing a leading role in introducing Chinese literature to the world. It has published works of Mo Yan, Yu Hua, Yan Lianke, Wang Anyi, Bi Feiyu, Cao Xueqin, etc.
Kane Press, owned by Thinkingdom, is dedicated to publishing attractive and interesting children's educational picture books. Kane has been awarded for a dozen of important American prizes, and more than 100 titles have been translated into 16 languages, including Chinese, French, Spanish, etc. In May 2019, Thinkingdom purchased Boyds Mill Press from American Highlights for Children. It is an important move to continue the mission of creating amazing books for kids, young adults, and kids-at-heart.

- Thinkingdom and Beijing Publishing House co-invested and established October Literature on the basis of Beijing October Literature Imprint. October Literature focuses on publishing modern and contemporary works of literary, literary criticism, and literary theory. October Literature brings together the most influential contemporary Chinese masters, and continues to discover new and young writers. October Literature series include both established classics and best-sellers, for example, the Jade King: History of a Chinese Muslim Family, Sky Split, The Great Plains, The Story of Shang Zhuang, and In the Name of the People, etc. Among the titles certain have been awarded by important Chinese literature prizes, such as the Mao Dun Literary Prize, the Best Works Award, Popular Literature Prize, etc.
- Hurricane
- In 2014, Thinkingdom and Kodansha Japan co-established Hurricane Imprint in Beijing. Hurricane has published more than 60 titles of picture books, including works by distinguished authors such as Anno Mitsumasa, Hideko Ise, Iwasaki Chihiro, Yuichi Kimura, Ryōji Arai, and Yōko Imoto. In 2016, Hurricane started to introduce literary, artistic, and cultural books for adults from such well-known Japanese writers as Daidō Moriyama, Taro Gomi, Shuji Terayama, and Shigeru Mizuki, etc.
